The basics to start making your pages with WordPress is precisely to understand that in WordPress you can post your content as pages or entries (called posts in English). If you create pages, their names appear in the navigation bars, as with Web sites. Tickets, on the other hand, are what characterize a blog, and will appear in the list of entries.

WordPress gives you the option to the main page or not containing entries. If you prefer that entries be seen on another page, because you want to dedicate the home page to explain the benefits of your Web site and attract subscribers, just define that option in the admin panel (ie, different main login page) and create such a page called “Blog”, to appear in the navigation bar so visitors know where to see the latest publications.
