As you know I firmly believe in developing a good plan and strategy are essential to achieve good business results in our times. Here are the 7 steps:
1. Deciding who I serve ( target market).
2. Be clear about the product or service you give.
3. The development of a process that will produce that result for that market.
4. Branding and packaging for that product or service.
5. Building a simple website that has concerned the supply and as a channel of communication with potential customers.
6. The identification of the 20 most influential people in the market and start building relationships with them.
7. Choosing a strategy, whether speaking or writing, to promote commercialization. Search for meetings or events on the theme of my target market niche and try to reach them directly.
Consider goals and long term. For example, within 6 months, I have x number of customers with a turnover of x. After implementing its strategy and work to see if you have reached your goal should be corrected properly or if their plans and actions to achieve its goal within the next 6 months.
