The network marketing business also known as marketing multilevel, network marketing, multilevel network marketing and others, is an innovative system by which a company distributes its products and services directly to final consumers while allowing that consumers can become salespeople or independent representatives of the firm and make a profit.
A feature of network marketing is that anyone can become a distributor of a multi-tier enterprise and the investment is often low and the industry has an open door policy is that anyone can enter this business.
The way to make money with this system of business is to sell the company product as well as gains are realized on each sale, another important feature is that each seller can in turn recruit is associated with more people seeking a business opportunity and so also earn a percentage on each sale their affiliates make, and so several generations of sellers, so a person can build a network of various levels of vendors or distributors and so win win for his work and the work your network, each vendor can create its own network, and that’s how this business system is growing.
Is this system legal business?
It is a very common question from people who know this business, and yes, if it is a legal and honest way of doing business, many people confuse multilevel pyramid schemes or Ponzi schemes.
A pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that involves promising or paying inflated income (or profit). In fact, this scam involves a process in which the earnings are generated early investors thanks to new investors who fall deceived by promises of huge profits. The system only works if it grows the number of new victims. This system works in the short and medium term, but sooner or later are uncovering massive fraud in another article I will talk at length on this type of fraud to never fall prey to them.
One feature of the multilevel is that through this business system products and services are distributed, to distribute and sell it as is generated will receive the dealer commission, and people entering this business is the new vendors or distributors will do the same, this way is how the business and so it grows, through effort, and selling or distributing products and services.
